My wife and I had just landed in Tokyo, and we really had no plans for where to eat lunch, so we took a walk outside our hotel, and we found this place just by chance. It turned out to be an excellent little basement restaurant, and although it’s known to be a Japanese sake bar, they also have some amazing lunch specials, which I thought were a very good deal for Tokyo.
